Fertilizer Open Batch Summary by Status

Locations using Fertilizer Dispatching can use the Open Batch Summary by Status is now available. Navigate to Merchant Ag PM > Reports > Fertilizer and select Open Batch Summary by Status.

Access

Grant permission to User Profiles in Access User Profiles > select a User Profile > Menu Security > Reports module > Main Menu > Fertilizer.

Grant permission to the individual report > Fertilizer > Open Batch Summary by Status.

Create Your Report

Select the Point of Sale

• All
• Pickup
• Delivery

Use the Date Selection section to select All Dates or create a Date Range by entering a Start and End Date using the drop down calendar or enter a date using the mm/dd/yy date format.

• All
• Start Date
• End Date

In Operator Selection, select All Operators or view the Batches for one Operator by selecting One Operator and entering the User ID or select F12 to search.

Item Selection will focus on the Batches containing All Items or select One Item and enter the Item ID or select F12 to search.

Retain the default for All Locations in Location Selection or select One Location and enter the Site ID or select F12 to search.

Customer Selection indicates All Customers are selected by default. Select One Customer and enter the Customer ID or select F12 to search.

Select Preview to view the report onscreen.

Select Print to send the report directly to the default printer.
